Manila, Philippines – Two YouTube videos entitled ‘9th ID torture’ allegedly showing a Philippine military training, where trainees are being abused, were uploaded by a certain group called ISNAYP.
According to the introductory statement on the first video, ISNAYP said some soldiers from the 9th Infantry Division Philippine Army, based in Kuta Elias Angeles, Pili, Camarines Sur, handed them the video.
It was also noted in the act shown in the 9th IDPA torture video is exactly the opposite of the training being practice by the New People’s Army (NPA).
